When visiting our tavern please say hi to Erin or Leslie, our mixologists. They are available to prepare your favorite cocktail as well as provide you with a cold beer or something to eat from either our tavern or full dinner menu. Unsure of what type of beer or wine to order? Ask Erin or Leslie for an honest answer. When it comes to wine selection, Gerry Zendzian is always available to assist you in pairing the right wine with the entrees you have selected. Remember Gerry's favorite saying; "A DAY WITHOUT WINE IS A DAY WITHOUT SUNSHINE" |

Our beverage offerings are reviewed by owner Gerry Zendzian and her husband Conrad twice a year. They are constantly looking for
new high value wines as well as new varieties. One such example was Malbec. New to our area we selected it to be included on our
wine list and have recieved great reviews by our customers.
When they purchased the Back Behind Restaurant eight years ago there were only three microbrews on tap. Today we boast
a count of eleven. All beer kegs are kept cool at 42 degrees fahrenheit using a state of the art chiller pack system.
They are always looking for new offerings and try to select from Vermont breweries. One such selection is Long Trail made
here in our own town of Bridgewater, Vermont. If your favorite is a bottled beer, we have a fine selection available.
For those of you who prefer a non-alcoholic beer, we can provide you with that also. So, when in Killington, Vermont next,
we welcome you to the Back Behind Restaurant and Tavern for a cold one.
