We at the "Back Behind Restaurant" and "The Smokin'
Loose Caboose Barbeque Express" have spent time researching and acquiring the secrets and
traditions of hickory smoking. All of our smoked foods are prepared here, slow cooked for up to 12 hours, using
only aged hickory wood. Our rubs, mops and finishing sauces are made here from only the finest ingredients available.
Striving for perfect tenderness and flavor, we are proud to offer this line of smoked products at "The Smokin' Loose
Caboose". In addition to our smoked meats, we will be serving a full line of delicious homemade hotdogs on a homemade
New England Hotdog Bun. YES.....MADE HERE IN OUR OWN KITCHEN !! Enjoy your meal either in our outdoor tent or at one
of two patios. Tables with umbrellas are available.
