After listening to the advise of hundreds of people over the past year telling us that our smoked food products are the best they have ever had, we have decided to package and sell our full line of smokehouse products to the public under the name of Vermont Country Smokehouse. We will be offering the following items for sale as a take out in our restaurant refrigerated showcase: Baby Back Ribs, St. Louis Ribs, Dino Ribs, Half Chicken, Turkey, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Smoked Trout, Smoked Salmon and our famous barbecue sauce. We are presently experimenting with making Jerkey which should be available January 1st of 2009.
